I used to pass this diner on my way home from work, just before I made it to the haven of my house. I wanted to stop. It looked like such a friendly place, but the one time I tried, I couldn't even find a parking spot.

Thanks for the compliment. I like my art to relate to the experiences we all have - or can have. This particular work brings back warm, comforting memories every time I look at it. I've never tried hot apple pie with melted cheddar cheese. My comfort food is a hot cup of sweet coffee, half milk.
